Yavuz Arslan
I am a macro-finance economist working on housing and mortgage markets, monetary policy transmission, household finance, and financial stability. A growing part of my research studies the economics of AI — its effects on labour markets, credit, and household behaviour. Before joining Liverpool, I was a Senior Economist at the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and served as Deputy Executive Director at the Central Bank of Turkey.
